If you have turned on the television or opened a newspaper lately, you have probably seen a report about autism. You may be aware of the enormous challenges and huge medical and therapeutic expenses that this disability forces families to face.
The good news is that North Carolina boasts some of the best programs and services available to the over 50,000 people living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and the Autism Society has been instrumental in improving the quality of many lives. Even so, with newly diagnosed cases growing exponentially and government support being uncertain, private charitable gifts are more critical now than ever. It is vital that the Autism Society of North Carolina increase its resources if it is to continue to aid this vulnerable and rapidly increasing population.
We invite you to join us in making a difference by making a pledge. Rest assured, we will manage your donation wisely. More than 90% of each dollar of revenue is used for programs and services. Please help us continue our work and success in the community.
